Purchase of NFT Real Estate
As a common typical real estate purchase, once this NFT auction is over and the NFT is purchased, the Real Estate property will be transfered to a Limited Liability Company (in Brazil it's called a LTD company) in a private transaction contract formally registered at Arraial do Cabo's unique registry notary. The property will be owned by this private company and NFT owner will appoint the manager of the company and therefore the sole controller of the property and the business. The NFT contract allows for public identification of the owner and appointed manager. In accordance to brazilian law MP 2200-2/2001 (Lei 14.063) digital signed contracts are fully valid contracts since 2001, therefore in addition to registry notary the contract will also be digitally signed and forever registered in the blockchain.

This house as part of this NFT contract won't be sold "AS IS". The property will be completely refit. Some love is much needed and will be given the following months after the house is NFT auctioned. The mininum price for this NFT sell includes budget to fully paint the property, refit the floors (specially the open space floors) water pipes and electrical systems. Two extra rooms will be built one will be fully privative, separated from the main house for privacy, a great garden and straight ocean view. Full insurance for five years will be bought. An LLC company will also be opened to legally bind the NFT contract to the actual ownership contract of the property. Expenses and price formation
This NFT Home is auctioned. A minimum amount shall be paid before the deal is closed and the price formation for the actual minimum amount is described in the next table. Once the house is sold if the buyer agrees, the total price paid will be disclosed and the minimum amount as well.
This price formation is important so you know the whole business and all direct and indirect costs as well as legal liabilities are included. In fact the buyer has no extra costs and won't waste their time to own this unique highly scarse non fungible real estate and to control Satoshi's Escape business at least for the first year, while the business operation shall cover all of the maintainance costs.

Real estate and auto brokered by NFT Scriba is always registered both as a blockchain contract whereas the address, transaction ID and transaction details are also registered in local public notary. A print certificate with such information is emitted, completely hardening the title of ownership allowing it to exist forever in the blockchain while making sure the contract address is well known to all parties of interest.
Technologically speaking, blockchain is a digital mathematically proven ledger which makes it the perfect replacement or companion for traditional notary public service providers: a distributed decentralized public notary for title of ownership registration.
